Our Jewelry is sterling silver/sterling silver gold plated . For this reason we do not recommend exposing it to moisture such as soap, shampoo, lotion, sweat, perfume, etc. All these recommendations will help keep it shiny for as long as possible.
Always remember that the PH of each person’s skin also affects the piece. Every person’s unique skin oils react differently to certain metals and plating. We are not responsible for your skin's reaction to our products.
We ship all orders out of our Aventura office Monday - Friday. All orders are usually shipped out within 1-2 business days. All orders will receive shipping & tracking information once the item has left the store.
We package and pass off your item(s) to a third-party courier when you order online. In the case that your package is lost or stolen in transit or upon arrival, Bissuterie does not take responsibility for it. All claims must be made through the carrier your package was shipped with on their corresponding website.
Once your order is packed, we give it to the courier for safe delivery. If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit or after delivery, please contact the courier first to file a lost shipment claim through either UPS Claims or USPS Mail Search.
We are not responsible for lost US domestic packages but will do our best to help. Lost package claims must be submitted within 30 days of shipment. If the package was marked delivered, the claim must be filed within 7 days of delivery.

Can I update my shipping address?
Our team works very hard to ship your item as soon as possible. If your item has not been processed and given a tracking number please email us at email@example.com see if we can change your address. We are unable to guarantee any changes but will do our best to help you.
How do I update or cancel my order?
We try and process orders as fast as we can, to get them to you as fast as we can. Because of that we cannot guarantee any changes to your order after it is placed. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of your purchase.
